A Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) Programme focuses on developing proficiency in accountancy, taxation and finance. The programme facilitates students to pursue higher education in Management/Commerce and also in pursuing professional qualification such as CA, ACCA etc. The programme aims at developing Accountancy and Finance professionals to meet the Industry requirements in India and Abroad.

BCom Computer Application with Tally is an innovative programme. It is an effort to make a student suited to take up the job responsibilities from industrial world, we provide bachelor programme in Commerce blending fruites of Information Technology as well. An advanced Tally course is also provided to make student fit for the industry.

The BCom degree is designed to provide the student with a wide range of managerial skills while at the same time building competence in a particular area of business studies like Audit, Accounting, Business system analysis, Banking, Management Information Systems, E-Commerce, Entrepreneurship, Finance and financial markets, Human resources, Insurance, Management,Marketing, Taxation etc. You are exposed to general business principles, taking courses in accounting/finance, human resources, statistics, marketing, economics, and information systems.

There is good scope for aspirants who have completed their bachelor’ degree in Commerce, both in terms of higher education as well as for immediate jobs. Education in the concerned field is an excellent base for a variety of careers. On successful completion of B Com, aspirants can apply for jobs relating business and finance. Professionals can apply for employment in finance sector like banking, company secretary ship, chartered accountancy, Cost and works accountancy jobs. They can also apply for non-finance sector jobs in mass communication, law, hotel management, civil services, and so on.

  • Scope for Higher Studies after B.Com

After completing graduation in commerce, aspirants have a wide range of options for higher studies. They can do post graduation in any of the streams like Economics, Statistics, Law, Arts, Insurance, Education, International Studies. Other professional programs of study include MBA and MCA. Those who are interested in research can do the PhD programs with various specializations. There are many certification courses in Commerce that the aspirants can opt for on completion of their graduation in Commerce. Chartered Accountancy (CA), Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), ICWA, CFP and Company Secretary Ship (CS) are some of the available courses. They can also choose among Stock Broking or the relevant Computer courses like Tally and accounting softwares.
